Are there restricted countries or regions?

Yes, there are some countries which are ineligible for accounts with us. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions on this at help@globalprime.com.

What type of reporting do you have?

Yes, you will have full access to detailed reporting tools for your account. Simply log in to your partners portal, and you will be able to view the relevant reports for your account.

Can I get an alert if a trader registers?

Yes, you are able to configure your own personal postbacks when any of the Goals are completed so you receive a notification in your own system. Please log into the Partners Platform and select Pixels/Postbacks under the Tools from the menu on the top left hand side. Please let our support team know if you need further assistance.

How does tracking work?

Your tracking link is unique to you. You must include your tracking link in any of the advertising you do or when you would like to promote Global Prime to new clients. As soon as someone has clicked on the link we will keep a record so when their account is open we can pass the information back to our tracking system which will know to pay you the commission for that client. Please be aware, if someone doesn’t register using your tracking link, we won’t be able to associate them with your program afterwards.

Where do I find my tracking link?

To find your personal tracking link you will need to log into the Partners Platform and first select the Offer you want to use by clicking on Offers then Browse/Search, from the menu on the top left hand side. Click on the name of the Offer you want to use, then at the top of the screen you will see ‘Your Tracking Link’ with your link just below that.

How do I access marketing material?

There are different banners available based on the Offer you select. Please log into the Partners Platform and first select the Offer you want to use by clicking on Offers then Browse/Search, from the menu on the top left hand side. Click on the name of the Offer you want to use, then scroll right down to the bottom of the screen until you see a section called ‘Creatives’.

Are there marketing methods I should avoid?

Yes, we have outlined below some guidelines you will need to follow as a Global Prime partner. If you have any additional questions, speak with a member of our team. These guidelines include: avoid making promises of unreasonable profits, never giving direct trading advice unless you are licensed to do so, don’t impersonate Global Prime or make any changes to our branding unless they have been approved by our marketing team first, please ensure any information about our products or services is accurate and up to date. As far as advertising methods are concerned the only restriction we have is bidding on our branded or trademark keywords in Search Engine Marketing.

How can I promote Global Prime?

We offer a range of marketing tools and resources to help you advertise through whichever channel you prefer. If there is something you don’t see that you would like, please let us know and we’ll try to help you.
